Elderly Clients

Since 2010 I have been a full professional member of Solicitors for the Elderly and as such I have demonstrated experience and knowledge in dealing with legal matters of particular concern to elderly clients.

In particular I specialise in drafting wills, advising on Inheritance tax consequences, drafting powers of attorney and applying for and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney. I am frequently requested to apply for Deputyship applications where relatives have lost capacity to make decisions for themselves. I also deal with many applications for Probate and administering the estates of deceased relatives.

I regularly attend elderly clients at nearby Care Homes or at their home address.
